The Trigg County Historical Society is ramping up activities following the COVID-19 pandemic and the community is welcome to join upcoming meetings.
President Bob Brame tells the News Edge, Christian County Historian William Turner will join them during their Tuesday evening meeting at 6:00.
Brame says during the August meeting they will welcome Gayle Terrell.
As for the new museum, Brame adds construction is almost complete.
The organization meets the first Tuesday night of each month at 6:00 in the Trigg County Historical Society Museum behind the Trigg County Justice Center on Jefferson Street. Brame says they are looking for new members, the cost to become a member is $15 a year or $300 for a lifetime membership.
