Trigg County Hospital officials are warning the community of a scam that is going around.
The hospital reported Tuesday morning that scammers are calling people pretending to be from the hospital, inquiring about their Medicare cards, and asking for personal information.
Officials added the number they are calling from is (270) 206-3625, and it shows up on caller ID as Trigg County Hospital.
The hospital said you do not need to provide them any information.
