Pennyrile Electric has planned an outage at the Pee Dee Substation Thursday morning that will affect nearly 800 members.
Officials say the outage will begin at 8:00 a.m. and last for approximately four hours to allow crews to make repairs to a damaged line that was found this week.
Officials with the utility company reported a snake damaged an insulator that caused an outage at the Pee Dee Substation Tuesday afternoon that affected 2,290 members.
Notification calls and texts will be going out Wednesday to the 794 members affected by the outage scheduled for Thursday morning.
