Two men arrested Monday in connection to the January death of a Crofton woman were arraigned in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.
20-year old Joshua Long and 19-year old Seth Henderson were taken into custody on indictment warrants charging them with second-degree manslaughter. The charges are in connection to the January 10th overdose death of 23-year old Corbin Bowling, who reportedly purchased drugs from the men.
During Long’s appearance, Judge Andrew Self appointed the Department of Public Advocacy to take his case with Public Defender Olivia Adams entering a not guilty plea on his behalf.
click to download audioAdams also entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Henderson, and Judge Self appointed the Department of Public Advocacy to represent him. He will also appear for a pretrial conference on August 4th.
Long and Henderson remain lodged in the Christian County Jail.
