A Bowling Green man was charged with robbery after taking a woman’s car on Tilley Way Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 35-year-old Cornelius Fowler got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend and pulled her hair and took her keys before fleeing the area in her car.
Her purse along with her dog were in the car when it was taken. Fowler was later located in the car and arrested.
He is charged with second-degree robbery and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
The dog, car, and her belongings were returned to the woman.
