Lee Quarles Named New TCCHS Principal

A new principal has been named at Todd County Central High School.

Superintendent Mark Thomas made the announcement Tuesday afternoon. Thomas said Lee Quarles was chosen for the position. Quarles has served as Assistant Principal for Todd County Central High School since July 2019 and served as the girls’ head basketball coach for the 2020-21 season.

Athletic Director Mike Smith said the school had begun the process of finding a replacement for the team.

Superintendent Thomas said Quarles is familiar with the traditions and successful practices at the school and that he can not wait to get started in his new role.

Thomas also took the time to thank the school’s site-based decision-making council for help in the process.

Quarles resides in Clarksville, Tennessee, with his wife Lindsay and their two boys. Quarles said he truly believes in the philosophy of Servant Leadership, and he is grateful and honored to lead the TCCHS family.
