A Cadiz man was arrested on an indictment warrant in Lyon County Friday morning.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White says 36-year-old David Merritt was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal trespassing, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, and persistent felony offender.
No information on what led to the charges has been released.
