United States Senator Rand Paul is proposing legislation that will clarify and better define a navigable body of water.
Field Representative Jason Hasert told the Christian County Agribusiness Association Tuesday that Senator Paul introduced legislation recently that will provide some clarification for the Waters of the U.S. rule.
