Two Injured in Hilltop Street Crash

Two Hopkinsville residents were injured in a two-car crash at the intersection of North Main Street and Hilltop Drive Tuesday night.

The Hopkinsville Police Department report said a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 91-year-old Paul Drury made a left turn into Hilltop Street around seven o'clock and pulled into the path of southbound car driven by 50-year-old Lisa McGhee. The impact caused Drury's SUV to flip on its side.

McGhee reportedly suffered a mouth injury. Two passengers in her vehicle were not injured.

Drury told police he didn't see McGhee's vehicle prior to making the turn and complained of an arm injury. Both were treated at scene but not transported to the hospital.
