Interstate 24 Reopened After Tractor-Trailer Fire In Trigg County (w/VIDEO)

 

A tractor-trailer fire on Interstate 24 just west of Exit 65 in Trigg County led to the interstate being blocked for several hours Tuesday morning.

Trigg County Emergency personnel say firefighters from Montgomery and East Golden Pond volunteer fire departments were called just before 1 am to the 63-mile marker eastbound for a tractor-trailer fire.

No one was injured in the fire. The fire led to Interstate 24 being completely blocked until 6:30 pm.
