Active COVID-19 cases in Trigg County continued a sharp three-week increase with 61 cases reported Thursday by the Pennyrile District Health Department.
That total is 11 more than last week and 36 more than two weeks ago. Three of the cases are hospitalized.
The county has added 49 new cases in the past five days with 10 of those school-aged children.
