Survivors include his father: Steve Hale of Crofton, KY; his mother: Anita Baxter of Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers: Ryan Crossett of Hopkinsville, KY and Kyle (Rain) Hale of LaFayette, KY; his paternal grandparents: James and Bonnie Hale of Crofton, KY; and his maternal grandparents: John and Margaret Baxter of Hopkinsville, KY.
