A Cadiz man was charged with wanton endangerment and DUI after an investigation on Main Street in Cadiz Monday night.
Cadiz Police say they were called to Twice Daily’s for a man acting oddly at a gas pump and located 30-year-old Johnathan Deloach. He had his 6-year-old child with him in the vehicle.
Police say during the investigation, Deloach performed a field sobriety test poorly and pushed a bag of suspected marijuana and a marijuana cigarette under his armrest in his vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, and failure to produce an insurance card.
