A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from police on East 7th Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were attempting to locate 37-year-old Scott Ethridge and found him crawling out of a window. Ethridge then ran from police crossing the road as he fled.
He is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on burglary charges.
