A private memorial service for 57-year-old David Wayne Birdsong of Fairview, TN, formerly of Cadiz, will be held at a later date.
David is survived by three sons Matthew, of Fairview, Tennessee
Carson of Chicago, Illinois
Ross of Spring Hill, Tennessee
Sister, Kelly Birdsong Mitchuson of Murray, Kentucky
In lieu of flowers, his sons suggest donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association, the 16Ways Foundation, or the Friends of the Smokies.
