Funeral services for 22-year old Jeremy Todd Mann, of Hopkinsville, will be Saturday morning, September 4, at 11:00 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Friday afternoon, September 3, from 4:00 until 8:00.
Survivors include his father, Todd Jeffery Mann of Hopkinsville; his mother Patti Pelletier Crunk and her husband Gary of Hopkinsville; his sister, Megan Beard and her husband Dillon and their children Easton, Aubree, and Haiden of Hopkinsville; his brother, Justin Crunk and his wife Elizabeth and their children Colston and George of Hopkinsville.
