Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man that died after a rollover crash on North Drive in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 28-year-old Eugene Braxton was northbound when his SUV ran off the road hit an embankment causing it to overturn and strike a sign for The Church of God. Braxton was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by the Hopkinsville Fire Department.
He was taken to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, where he later died of his injuries.
The crash happened just before 9 pm.
