A Hopkinsville man was charged after he was reportedly pepper-sprayed by his estanged spouse during a burglary on Boales Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 65-year-old Clarence Head broke a glass window and was halfway inside the window when he was pepper-sprayed.
Head was arrested and charged with attempted second-degree burglary.
