A man was injured in a wreck on Interstate 24 six miles west of the Pennyrile Parkway exit in Christian County Saturday afternoon.
State Police say a westbound car was attempting to make a U-turn from the emergency lane and crossed in front of a westbound truck. The crash sent both vehicles off the roadway.
The driver of the car was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just after 2 pm.
