A Hopkinsville man was charged Friday night after he reportedly failed to pay for a vehicle he was test-driving.
Hopkinsville Police say on Monday 49-year-old Fred Veith was test driving a vehicle and told the owner he would pay for it the next day but never returned.
Veith was located on Donna Drive and he was arrested and charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
