In addition to the largest country ham biscuit, another staple of the annual Trigg County Country Ham Festival is the country ham show.
Trigg County Agriculture Extension Agent Graham Cofield tells the News Edge this year’s 4-H country ham champion at the festival is Heidi Hite.
