A Bowling Green man was charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on US 68 in Todd County Thursday night.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say 36-year-old Gilbert Brown was stopped for his license plate not being illuminated and during the stop, deputies could smell the odor of marijuana.
After a search of his vehicle, several bags of marijuana and meth were reportedly located along with a large amount of money in the gas tank door.
Brown was not able to provide a driver’s license or proof of registration. He is charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, trafficking meth and marijuana.
