A wreck on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville sent two people to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a car was hit from behind by a truck near McKee Street just before 3 pm. The truck then fled the area before law enforcement arrived. No description of the truck has been released.
Two passengers in the car were taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
