A federal grand jury in Bowling Green has indicted a Todd County man on meth possession and distribution charges stemming from an August investigation.
51-year-old Johnny Tucker of Guthrie is charged with possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. Court documents say Tucker possessed with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine on August 25.
If convicted, Tucker faces between five and 40 years in prison.
The Department of Homeland Security Investigations and the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force are investigating the case.
