The Trigg County High School Marching Band finished in fifth place Saturday in the Class 2A Region band competition Saturday at Warren East High School.
Trigg will compete in the Class 2A state semifinals Saturday at Bryan Station High School in Lexington sponsored by the Kentucky Music Educators Association. Trigg County last advanced to the state finals in 2014 and finished as Class 2A state runner-up in 2013 — the best finish in the school’s history.
