Christian County Justice Center Lifts Mask Mandate

If you have business at the Christian County Justice Center, you will no longer be required to mask up.

An Order lifting the mask requirement inside the facility was signed by the five judges at the Justice Center on Tuesday. The Order says in consideration of the reduced COVID case numbers in the commonwealth and Christian County the mask mandate entered on August 4 is rescinded. The Order says masking remains optional to all Kentucky Court of Justices employees, all employees interacting with the public or in common areas of the Justice Center, and all visitors to the building.

Administrative Assistant Erin Thomas with the District Court Judge’s Office says with Christian County no longer being a “red county” with COVID percentages for at least 14 days, the mask mandate for the Justice Center will be lifted effective Wednesday.
