The presentation of five awards and remarks from a Madisonville native will be part of the Hopkinsville Human Relations Commission Unity Breakfast Thursday.
The breakfast is being held at the James E. Bruce Convention Center at 7:30, with Human Relations Commission Executive Assistant Rachel Bayley noting they are excited about bringing the event back after taking 2020 off.
