Christian County will have grant funds to help with the replacement of the bridge on Davis Road.
Governor Andy Beshear presented the grant check to Christian County Judge-Executive Steve Tribble while at the Christian County Board of Education Wednesday.
click to download audioThe bridge was closed to vehicle traffic earlier this year after inspectors determined the wooden structure is in poor condition. Families who rely on the bridge now have to walk across the bridge to their homes.
