Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear helped Novelis officials celebrate the grand opening of Guthrie aluminum manufacturing facility Wednesday.
A standing room only crowd joined the Governor and Novelis officials for the grand opening. Novelis President Tom Boni said the Guthrie location is the first new U.S. Location since 1982.
