Christian County’s District 2 Magistrate Mark Wells announced Thursday his full intention of seeking another term in the 2022 election.
Wells has already served two terms on the court, and believes he’s been able to contribute on the whole through various committee assignments with the Convention & Visitors Bureau, Solid Waste and Roads & Grounds.
In a written statement to the News Edge, Wells said he’s committed to always being available to any citizen of Christian County, and that he “will not be outworked” for the development of countywide broadband internet service, safe and well-maintained roads, strong educational opportunities for children, a strong library and good job opportunities for the area.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 8 of next year.
