Cadiz and Trigg County will pause to honor those who served in the military during the annual Trigg County Veterans Parade Thursday, November 11.
The parade begins at 11:00 at Trigg County Schools with the route to proceed along Main Street to West Cadiz Park. Karl Johnson with VFW Post 7890 says Veterans Day is a special holiday for all that have served.

click to download audioFollowing the parade, the annual Veterans Day ceremony will take place at West Cadiz Park with Curt Holmes to serve as the featured speaker. Following the ceremony the American Legion Post 74 Auxiliary will provide hot dogs and all the trimmings.
