A repossession of a vehicle led to shots being fired on Treasure Island Court in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a vehicle was being repossessed when some kind of altercation led to the owner hitting the man repossessing the vehicle with the car.
Shots were then reportedly fired hitting the car.
Police say the man that was hit by the vehicle was the only person injured and he took himself to a Clarksville hospital for leg injuries.
Police say they are still investigating and talking with everyone involved but at this time no arrest has been made.
The shooting happened around 2 pm.
