A Cadiz Woman was charged with possession of meth after she was found in a parking lot on Hopkinsville Road Thursday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Hicks says he noticed a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Stephanie Moncure parked on the backside of a motel.
As he was reportedly talking with Moncure he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, Hicks says two meth pipes, meth, and marijuana were found.
She reportedly told Hicks she only smoked marijuana and denied ownership of the meth. She is charged with possession of meth.
