FNB Bank has announced more than $23,000 in donations to the Trigg County, Graves and Mayfield schools for the third quarter of the 2021 Spirit Debit Card Reward program — with more than $14,000 headed to Cadiz.
The FNB Spirit Debit Card rewards program allows the bank and its customers to give back to their local schools after every use of their special debit card. It works like a traditional debit card, but for each signature-based transaction (not PIN), the bank donates 10 cents to the corresponding school.
It’s a tracking process that’s hassle-free for the cardholder, as FNB does all the tracking and submits the checks to the school systems every three months.
In 2020, FNB donated more than $79,000 to their participating schools. To learn more about the Spirit Debit Card Program, stop by the nearest FNB office or visit www.GrowWithFNB.com.
“We are proud to offer our exclusive FNB Spirit Debit Card Program to our local schools,” notes Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director. “Our customers have pride in knowing that they are making a difference in the lives of our youth by simply swiping their Spirit Debit Cards at the checkout. The donated funds allow the school systems the opportunity to do more for their students and staff, which is an invaluable asset to our community.”
The bank currently has nine locations: Mayfield Main, Mayfield Southside, Wingo, Lone Oak, Paducah Midtown, Murray North, Murray South, Cadiz Main and Cadiz West.
