A Hopkinsville man was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on North Elm Street Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 22-year old Zachary Holloway started yelling, screaming, and threatening people as officers were conducting an investigation.
He then reportedly caused approximately $1,000 worth of damage to a police cruiser door. Holloway was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, menacing, third-degree terroristic threatening, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
