Two people were injured in a shooting on East 18th Street in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a man was shot in the leg and a woman was grazed in a shooting just before 4 p.m. at the 1200 block of East 18th Street. The man was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. Police say they are talking with witnesses and collecting evidence but at this time no arrest has been made.
East 18th Street at the intersection of Jones Street will remain blocked as law enforcement investigates the shooting.
