A man was injured in a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at the intersection of Lovers Lane Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from Lovers Lane when it collided with a southbound van.
The driver of the truck was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened just after 1 pm.
