Trigg County Public Schools will be hosting an open house Monday to allow the community a chance to tour the newly-renovated primary and intermediate school building.
District Superintendent Bill Thorpe told the News Edge the open house will take place after a ribbon-cutting at 9:00 a.m.
Thorpe added throughout the entire process of renovations, which have taken about two years, there was minimal impact to students and teachers.
As this renovation project wraps up, Thorpe said an additional project will soon start on the high school’s vocational building.
The primary and intermediate school renovation project was completed under the guidance of A&K Construction out of Paducah.
