Funeral services for 58-year-old Chuck Phillips of the Claymour community will be Saturday, December 18 at noon at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church in Todd County.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 8 at the church and Saturday morning at 10 at the church.
Latham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
