A Tennessee man was charged with receiving stolen property and a stolen vehicle was recovered at Walmart on Clinic Drive in Hopkinsville Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old James Saltzman of Tullahoma was found in possession of a Ford Edge that had been reported stolen.
He reportedly took the vehicle from someone and refused to return it after an argument.
The vehicle is valued at $19,000. Saltzman was charged with receiving stolen property.
