A Cadiz man was arrested and charged with sexual abuse and kidnapping after an investigation on Main Street in Cadiz Wednesday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say a man was getting his belongings from his girlfriend’s home after being told to leave when he grabbed her family member knocking them to the ground and causing injuries to their arm.
During the investigation, it was reportedly found that he had performed sexual acts on his girlfriend while she was sleeping, and recorded video on a phone before he tied her down and left. Police say after being arrested he was found to have marijuana and a glass pipe in his jacket pocket.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, kidnapping, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
