Third District State Senator Whitney Westerfield says consumer protection online is the focus of Senate 15 that he has filed to be heard during this session of the Kentucky General Assembly.
Westerfield, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, says Kentuckians are in need of data protection when they are conducting business and transactions on the Internet.
