Funeral services for 40-year-old Danielle Denise Pepper, of Cadiz, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in East Cadiz Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until the funeral hour Thursday.
Survivors include:
A father, James Pepper of Hopkinsville;
A mother, Christl Hicks, of Cadiz;
Two sons, Devin Jones and Tyler Skinner, of Cadiz;
A grandmother, Mickey Carr Walker, of Cadiz;
And two aunts, Melanie (Brad) Mohon and Kelli (Robert) Proffitt, of Cadiz.
