A wreck on Interstate 24 in Oak Grove sent a man to a Nashville hospital Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck was eastbound when it collided with the back of a tractor-trailer that was stopped due to traffic.
It took emergency personnel over two hours to extricate the driver from his truck then he was flown from the scene to a Nashville hospital.
The eastbound lanes of Interstate 24 were blocked at exit 86 due to the crash. The crash happened just after 1 pm.
