Funeral services for 55-year-old Karla Blackburn Ladd of Hopkinsville will be Tuesday morning at 10 at the Edgewood Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 8 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home
