Funeral Services for 96 year old Lorene Wallace Thomas of Cadiz will be Saturday, January 29, at 1:00 PM at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz, KY.
Burial will follow in East End in Cadiz, KY
Visitation will be held Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Survivors include:
Daughter – Brenda Sholar, Cadiz, KY
Son – Gary (Wanda) Thomas, Cadiz, KY
Four grandchildren
Six great grandchildren
Many nieces and nephews
Lorene Wallace Thomas passed away on:
Monday, January 24, 2022 at Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation in Princeton, KY
Born September 30, 1925, in Bumpus Mills, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Wallace and Lillian Shelton Wallace. She worked in the cafeteria at Trigg County School System's for 29 years. She loved visiting with her family and friends and especially loved being "Grandmother" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lorene was a faithful member of Donaldson Creek Baptist Church in Cadiz.
