A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs and shoplifting after an investigation at Walmart on Clinic Drive in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 34-year-old Joseph Markham was seen concealing items in his clothing before fleeing the store out a fire door.
He was located in the parking lot by police and reportedly found to have meth, a glass pipe, and a scale.
Markham was charged with possession of meth and shoplifting.
