A report of suspicious activity led to drug charges for a Texas man on Third Street in Cadiz Saturday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say 39-year-old Anthony Greenfield was found in a vehicle at East Cadiz Baptist Church and appeared to be under the influence of some kind of drug.
After a search of his belongings, meth was reportedly found along with a grinder, marijuana, and two marijuana pipes.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication, and possession of meth and marijuana.
