A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after he was hit by a car on East 7th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a car was westbound on East 7th Street when the driver attempted to turn onto Lindwood Drive and hit an eastbound bicyclist.
The bicyclist was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center then flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
The crash happened just before 5 pm.
