A pursuit that started in Cadiz ended on Old Hopkinsville Road in Trigg County Monday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say Cadiz Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Wildcat Chevrolet and as they were talking with the driver, 34-year-old Jordan Satterfield of Gracey, he drove off.
The pursuit came to an end after the vehicle lost a tire and drove off the roadway and into a field just before the Trigg and Christian County line on Old Hopkinsville Road.
Satterfield attempted to run on foot but was quickly apprehended. Deputies say he was found to have a suspended license and suspected drugs on him.
Satterfield is charged with reckless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
